Recently, there has been a growing interest in water birth and natural childbirth without unnecessary medical interventions. In response to this, a water birth room was opened at the clinic in September last year, and the first babies have already been born there.

Births in this department take place in a specially equipped room under the guidance of an experienced midwife who has undergone special training. Such births help reduce stress for the expectant mother. The environment is максимально close to home comfort, allowing labor to proceed calmly and naturally.

The expectant mother may spend only part of labor in the pool, benefiting from the relaxing effect of water during the active phase, then leave the water and give birth on a delivery chair or in another comfortable position (for example, squatting).

If desired, the baby can also be born in the water. In addition, other natural relaxation techniques are used during labor to reduce sensitivity to uterine contractions: active movement, Pilates, relaxation music, aromatherapy, and massage.
